Beans called high in fat and can trigger weight gain. But the study says that the type of a specific nut can actually help lose weight.

A study from Loma Linda University Adventist Health Sciences Centre shows that regular consumption of nuts can help the body stay slim. Studies conducted over five years found that nuts can reduce weight gain, lower the risk of obesity and diabetes.
