Beans called high in fat and can trigger weight gain. But

A study from Loma Linda University Adventist Health Sciences
Centre shows that regular consumption of nuts can help the body stay slim.
Studies conducted over five years found that nuts can reduce weight gain, lower
the risk of obesity and diabetes.

There are more than 370,000 people aged 25 years studied.
Their consumption of nuts has ideal body
weight compared with not taking them. Over the past five years, the study shows
that a person who consumption of 2.1 Kg of nuts has
a five percent lower risk for natural obesity.

and Disease Prevention in LLUSPH said,"For me, the results of this study confirm that beans are not foods that contain
obesogenic," he explained.
Obesogenic is a factor of the chemicals that can disrupt the
normal metabolic processes of the body and tend to lead to obesity.
"Eat beans at a meal, You can put in the middle plate
to replace the animal products. The texture is somewhat chewy," said
Sabate.

Another study conducted by the Department of Preventive
Medicine and Public Health from the University of Navarra finds that eating two
or more servings of nuts a week can reduce the risk of gaining weight by 31
percent. In addition, another study in April found, "Consumption of a lot
of nuts does not increase body weight, body mass index or waist circumference."
